If your robot is a rarer or in-house build, send us the specs — we take on custom platforms when we're confident we can do the job properly, and we'll tell you honestly if we can't.

We are an independent robotics specialist staffed by certified mechatronics technicians. We use OEM-quality parts and follow manufacturer repair procedures, but we are not owned or operated by any robot manufacturer — which is how we keep queue times short and pricing transparent.

Both. For firmware issues, sensor checks, and light diagnostics, our mobile service covers a 40-mile radius. Anything needing the lift, bench, or robotic scanning rig happens in the lab — we can arrange crated freight for heavier units.

Will service here void my manufacturer warranty?

No. Independent repairs using OEM-quality parts and factory procedures do not void your warranty. A manufacturer may decline coverage on a specific part we replaced, so we document every repair in detail and hand you a full record for your files.

How much will my repair cost?

Every job starts with a free diagnostic consultation and a written quote. We don't begin work — or add line items — without your approval, and the quote is what you pay unless we find something new and you sign off on it.

Do you work with insurers and fleet contracts?

Yes. We prepare insurer-ready documentation with photos, scan data, telemetry, and OEM procedure references, and we can work directly with your adjuster or fleet maintenance team to keep things moving.

All repairs carry a 12-month workmanship warranty, and parts are covered by their manufacturer warranty. If something isn't right after a repair, bring the unit back and we'll make it right.

Usually not. Sudden runtime loss is more often caused by a firmware update, ambient temperature, a heavier duty cycle, or a charging fault. Our battery health assessment reads per-cell data and tells you exactly what's happening before anyone talks about replacement.

Can you repair a battery pack instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. Many pack issues come down to a single module, a coolant leak, a BMS fault, or a sensor failure. Module-level repair is far less expensive than a full pack swap, and we always price both options for you.

Do you fix charging dock problems?

We diagnose the robot side — charge port, onboard charger, contacts, and connector faults. If the fault is in your facility wiring or dock installation, we'll identify it and refer you to a licensed electrician we trust.
